Return Period

You may return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

You have the right to refuse delivery if the order arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered from our website.
How to Request a Return

Provide us with your order number and a photo of the received product.

You can easily cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been confirmed by sending us a direct message on Instagram or contacting us via WhatsApp.
Important Notes

Delivery fees are non-refundable and are to be paid via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.

Items on sale can only be exchanged or refunded within 24 hours of receiving them.
